1. Qué es
Alarma con desafíos es un despertador para Android que solo se apaga cuando completas un desafío: matemáticas, memoria, puzzle o sacudir el teléfono. No tiene botón de posponer. Al instalarla y usarla aceptas estos términos.
2. Compra y licencia
La app se vende como pago único a través de Google Play. Al comprarla obtienes una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usarla en los dispositivos asociados a tu cuenta de Google Play, según las condiciones de Google Play. No hay suscripciones, compras dentro de la app ni anuncios.
3. Reembolsos
Los pagos y reembolsos los gestiona Google Play según su política de reembolsos. Si tienes un problema con la compra, puedes pedir el reembolso desde Google Play o escribirnos adevrstsoft@gmail.com y te ayudaremos en lo que podamos.
4. Fiabilidad de la alarma: lo que debes saber
Hemos diseñado la app para que la alarma suene siempre y sea difícil de esquivar. Aun así, ninguna app de alarma puede sonar en estos casos, y esta tampoco:
- El teléfono está apagado o sin batería.
- Fuerzas la detención de la app desde los ajustes de Android.
- Desinstalas la app, o borras sus datos, antes de que suene.
- El sistema o el fabricante del teléfono restringe la app. Algunos ahorros de batería agresivos cierran las apps en segundo plano. En Ajustes, la app avisa si detecta alguno de estos casos.
- Faltan permisos que la app necesita, como alarmas exactas o notificaciones. La app también los muestra en Ajustes.
Por seguridad, la alarma se para sola cuando pasa la duración máxima que elijas (10, 30 o 60 minutos; 30 por defecto).
5. Uso responsable
Los desafíos piden atención, y el de sacudir pide mover el teléfono con energía. Sujétalo bien, aléjalo de otras personas y objetos, y elige una dificultad adecuada para ti. Si un desafío no te conviene por cualquier motivo, puedes cambiarlo por otro en cada alarma.
6. Garantía y responsabilidad
La app se ofrece tal cual, y trabajamos para corregir los fallos que se nos comuniquen. En la medida en que lo permita la ley aplicable, no respondemos de daños indirectos derivados de que una alarma no suene o suene a destiempo, como retrasos, citas perdidas o pérdidas económicas. Nada en estos términos limita los derechos que te reconoce la normativa de protección de los consumidores, ni la responsabilidad que no pueda excluirse legalmente.
7. Propiedad intelectual
La app, su diseño, su icono y sus tonos son de Ivan Steuerberg (RST Soft). Los tonos son originales, sintetizados para la app. No está permitido copiar, modificar, redistribuir ni revender la app fuera de Google Play.
8. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos, por ejemplo cuando haya funciones nuevas. La versión vigente es siempre la publicada en esta página, con su fecha.
9. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por la ley de España, sin perjuicio de las normas imperativas de protección del consumidor del país donde residas.

1. What it is
Alarm With Challenges is an Android alarm clock that only turns off once you complete a challenge: math, memory, a sliding puzzle or shaking the phone. It has no snooze button. By installing and using it, you accept these terms.
2. Purchase and licence
The app is sold as a one-time purchase through Google Play. Buying it gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on the devices linked to your Google Play account, under Google Play's terms. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases or ads.
3. Refunds
Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. If something is wrong with your purchase, you can request a refund through Google Play, or write todevrstsoft@gmail.com and we will help as far as we can.
4. Alarm reliability: what you should know
The app is built so the alarm always rings and is hard to dodge. Even so, no alarm app can ring in these cases, and neither can this one:
- The phone is switched off or out of battery.
- You force-stop the app from Android settings.
- You uninstall the app, or clear its data, before it rings.
- The system or the phone maker restricts the app. Some aggressive battery savers close background apps. The app's Settings screen warns you when it detects one of these cases.
- Permissions the app needs are missing, such as exact alarms or notifications. The app's Settings screen shows these too.
For safety, the alarm stops on its own after the maximum duration you choose (10, 30 or 60 minutes; 30 by default).
5. Responsible use
The challenges need your attention, and the shake challenge needs you to move the phone vigorously. Hold it firmly, keep it away from people and objects, and choose a difficulty that suits you. If a challenge is not right for you for any reason, you can pick a different one for each alarm.
6. Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is, and we work to fix the bugs reported to us. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damage caused by an alarm not ringing or ringing at the wrong time, such as delays, missed appointments or financial loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, its icon and its tones belong to Ivan Steuerberg (RST Soft). The tones are original, synthesised for the app. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or resell the app outside Google Play.
8. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when new features are added. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
