Qué datos recopilamos
Ninguno. La app no recopila información personal, datos de uso, analíticas, informes de errores ni identificadores publicitarios. No hay cuentas ni registro.
Qué guarda la app en tu teléfono
- Tus alarmas: hora, días, etiqueta, sonido, vibración, desafío, dificultad y pre-alarma.
- Tus ajustes: tema, formato de hora, valores por defecto para alarmas nuevas y duración máxima de la alarma.
- El estado de la alarma que está sonando, para que no se pierda si el teléfono cierra la app o se reinicia mientras suena.
Todo se guarda solo en el almacenamiento local de la app. Nada de esto se envía a ningún sitio.
Copias de seguridad
La copia de seguridad en la nube y la transferencia entre dispositivos están desactivadas para esta app. Tus alarmas no viajan a los servidores de Google ni a un teléfono nuevo. Si cambias de teléfono, tendrás que crearlas de nuevo.

La app no pide acceso a internet, contactos, fotos, archivos multimedia, ubicación, cámara ni micrófono.
Mostrar sobre otras apps: Android no deja que una app en segundo plano vuelva a ponerse delante. Sin este permiso, pulsar Inicio escondería el desafío mientras la alarma sigue sonando. La app lo usa solo para eso y solo mientras suena una alarma: no dibuja nada encima de otras apps ni ve lo que hay en pantalla. Puedes no concederlo. La alarma sonará igual, y podrás volver al desafío desde la notificación.
Sensor de movimiento: El desafío "Sacudir" cuenta las sacudidas con el acelerómetro, solo mientras ese desafío está en pantalla. Los datos del sensor no se guardan.
Sonidos
El selector muestra los tonos de alarma que trae tu teléfono. Android permite verlos sin pedir permiso. Si eliges un archivo de audio propio, lo eliges tú con el selector de archivos del sistema, y la app solo guarda la referencia a ese archivo. La app no lee tu biblioteca de música, y el archivo no se copia, no se sube ni sale de tu teléfono.
Terceros
Ninguno. La app no incluye publicidad, analíticas ni herramientas de informes de errores. No comparte nada con nadie.
La compra se hace a través de Google Play. Los datos de pago los gestiona Google según su propia política de privacidad, y nosotros no tenemos acceso a ellos.
Menores
La app no está dirigida a menores de 13 años. Como no recopila datos de nadie, tampoco recopila datos de menores.
Tus derechos
Como no tratamos datos personales tuyos, no hay nada que podamos consultar, corregir, exportar ni borrar. Tus datos están en tu teléfono y los controlas tú: si desinstalas la app o borras sus datos desde los ajustes de Android, se eliminan por completo. Cambios en esta política
Si esta política cambia, publicaremos la nueva versión en esta misma dirección con su fecha. Si algún cambio afectara a cómo se tratan tus datos, lo indicaríamos también en las notas de la versión de la app.
What data we collect
None. The app collects no personal information, usage data, analytics, crash reports or advertising identifiers. There are no accounts and no sign-up.
What the app stores on your phone
- Your alarms: time, days, label, sound, vibration, challenge, difficulty and pre-alarm.
- Your settings: theme, time format, defaults for new alarms and the maximum alarm duration.
- The state of the alarm that is ringing, so it is not lost if the phone closes the app or restarts while it rings.
All of it is kept only in the app's local storage. None of it is sent anywhere.
Backups
Cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are turned off for this app. Your alarms do not travel to Google's servers or to a new phone. If you change phones, you will need to create them again.

The app does not ask for internet, contacts, photos, media files, location, camera or microphone access.
Display over other apps: Android does not let a background app bring itself back to the front. Without this permission, pressing Home would hide the challenge while the alarm keeps ringing. The app uses it for that alone, and only while an alarm is ringing: it draws nothing over other apps and cannot see what is on screen. You can decline it. The alarm will still ring, and you can return to the challenge from the notification.
Motion sensor: The "Shake" challenge counts shakes with the accelerometer, only while that challenge is on screen. Sensor data is not stored.
Sounds
The picker lists the alarm tones that come with your phone, which Android lets apps see without a permission. If you pick an audio file of your own, you choose it in the system file picker, and the app stores only a reference to that file. The app does not read your music library, and the file is not copied, uploaded or sent off your phone.
Third parties
None. The app contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting tools. It shares nothing with anyone.
The purchase is made through Google Play. Payment details are handled by Google under its own privacy policy, and we have no access to them.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. Since it collects no data from anyone, it collects none from children either.
Your rights
Because we process no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. Your data is on your phone and under your control: uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in Android settings, removes it completely. For any question, write todevrstsoft@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version at this same address, with its date. If a change affected how your data is handled, we would also say so in the app's release notes.
